New Horizon Enterprises, LLC is an approved provider of community based, person centered services under the State of Connecticut Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waivers, Department of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHAS) WISE Waiver, and private pay options.
We are a licensed companion and homemaker agency in the State of Connecticut.
OUR MISSION
New Horizon provides individualized, person centered supports from a few hours to 24/7 care, designed to improve the lives of people living with various disabilities. We will assist you in accessing additional community resources, and work closely with your interdisciplinary team to help you develop a program which allows for increased independence with the least restrictions possible.
